Return and Refund Policy – Stickerogy.com

We aim to provide you with high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand your rights and our procedures.


1. No Refunds – Only Returns or Exchanges (Domestic Orders Only)

At Stickerogy.com, we do not offer refunds except in specific cancellation cases. However, we do allow returns or exchanges for eligible products within India under the conditions outlined below.


2. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order under the following terms:

  • Cancellation Timeframe: Within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch.

  • Post-Dispatch Cancellations: Once the order is dispatched and the final invoice is generated, cancellations are no longer possible.

How to Cancel:
Email us at stickerogy@gmail.com with your order number and phone number.

If your cancellation is approved, we will initiate a refund within 7 business days to your original payment method. Actual crediting timelines are subject to your bank or payment provider.

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method in 7 business days


3. Return / Exchange Policy (For Domestic Orders – India Only)

We accept returns or exchanges only if:
we have 7 day return policy

  • The product is damaged or defective

  • The product or its packaging is damaged

  • The product is not working or is of poor quality

  • The product received is different from what you ordered

  • All the Approved exchange and replacement of damaged products will be delivered with in 7 business days.

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange:

  • Timeframe: Raise a request within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging, with tags and invoice intact.

  • Returns are processed through our reverse logistics partners.

  • Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer.


4. Return Eligibility Criteria

Returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Product is unused, unwashed, and saleable

  • All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories are intact

  • Product has not been altered, customized, or tampered with

  • Product is free of stains, odours, damage, or signs of wear

  • If sold as a set, the entire set must be returned


5. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items where incorrect product/model/color was ordered by the customer

  • Customized or personalized products

  • International orders

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not comply with the above conditions.
